Seven Sisters Cleaning Co provides residential cleaning, commercial/office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services throughout Metro Detroit. All services are provided based on availability, agreed scope of work, and scheduling confirmation.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, or specific requirements of the property. Any pricing changes will be communicated prior to service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the property and services requested
Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service
Seven Sisters Cleaning Co is not responsible for damage caused by unsecured items.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or service refusal.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we may address your concerns. Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services.
Liability
While we take great care in performing our services, Seven Sisters Cleaning Co is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unsafe conditions or improper installations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
